We are a family owned and orperated business, created with the passion to provide our clients with a one stop Cleaning and Facility Services solution. Our extensive experience encompasses full service facility management in the Middle East, to scheduled cleaning and grounds maintenance for local businesses and Health care buildings, serviced accomodation, Local Government facilities, to Construction cleanups and Real Estate cleaning services.
Our personalised service is created and maintained through establishing a client speicific Scope of Works which is regularly reviewed to ensure it is aligned to the changes and developments of the clients needs.
You deal directly with the owners, Dan and Sarah Holman. From first contact, site appraisal, finalisation of scope of works, to the ongoing management of your service, you have piece of mind knowing that your satisfaction is our primary concern.
Meet the Owners
Dan and Sarah Holman - we love what we do, which is providing our clients with a service that takes cares of the issues and tasks that are not principly involved with their core business activity, but is imperitive as it represents their business’s proffessionalism and quality to their customers and facilitates themselves and their staff to concentrate on their business.
Dan brings a variety of experience to the business. Starting out in the WA Police Force he moved onto a long period in the food production and wholesale industry. This led on to an intense introduction to the Full Service Facility Management industry as a Site Manager with Compass Group in Iraq. This brought experience in not only food service, but Military Site Cleaning, Maintence, Fire fighting, Construction, Power supply, Pest Management, Site Security, Risk assesment and management, and Human Resources.
Sarah has a background as a Laboratory Technician and an advaced knowledge of chemistry and chemical handeling. She also has extensive experience in management positions including Local Government Faciliies and in the Aquatic and Recreation industry providing a sound knowledge of Risk Assessment and OH&S. She also has qualifications in the Training and Assessment of groups which we incorporate in our company training program, teaching our staff correct operational pocedures, safety in the work place, safe handling of chemicals, team work and First Aid.
