- Shower screens cleaned with calcium removal product
- Toilets cleaned and sanitized
- Interior cobwebs removed
- Walls spot cleaned
- Skirting boards dusted and wiped
- Window tracks vacuumed
- Light fittings, light switches, power points and door handles cleaned
- Laundry benches, sink and cupboards cleaned and sanitized
- Windows cleaned (inside only)

Vacate Clean – Full Service 4x2 home - $350
Vacate Clean – Regular Service 4x2 home - $320 (as above, but not including window cleaning)
Vacate Clean – Minor 4x2 home - $290 (as above, but not including oven and window cleaning)
(based on the home being a standard size, single storey 4x2 in fair and reasonable condition)
